A very charming and well equipped apartment in a great location in the center of Levanto. This lovely apartment is a real find and I am delighted to be able to offer it. The apartment has original features and is at the front of the house with a pleasant view over the most beautiful Piazza in the town, the historical Piazza della Loggia.

It is a light and airy apartment in a beautifully restored early 14th Century house once used as “Ufficio del Registro”, only a few steps from the beach and a short walk to the local train station.

The apartment is on the second floor, and has three bedrooms, two large with double bed and a small with two single beds. The living room is open plan and has a dining area which is modern and fully equipped. The kitchen is separate from the dining room. There is a pretty tiled bathroom/shower room.

The rental price includes gas, electricity, bed and bath linen, and final cleaning, shuttle service to the train station on the arrival and departure days (if requested).
